There were 2 interviews, first was technical + HR and the second one was just HR. Overall difficulty level was average. The first interview was 30min where as the second one was only of 15 min.

Approximately 10 people sit around table and you should learn about completion, Drilling, baroid, cementing and talk about your previous experiences, show your leadership and teamwork skills by talking about any experience that you had in the past, and convenience them you know what you want and you are determined.
