I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Hampton Inn by Hilton (Columbia, SC) in July 2013
Interview
Interviewed with the front desk manager and the Assistant General Manager of the property. About 10 minutes with each person. We sat in the hotel lobby, at one of the tables where we serve breakfast. Interview took place during the down hours of the hotel, between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm. I dressed up just with a tie, no blazer (male) and they were business casual. I had submitted a resume with the job application, so they asked me questions about my past experiences as well.

Question 1
How do you handle a fast paced environment?
If you don't know how to do something, what do you do?
How would you respond to a guest asking you something unreasonable?
It was quick and efficient. I went in for an initial interview with the operations manager and it went well. Then I was called back for an interview with the general manager
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Hampton Inn by Hilton (Augusta, GA) in Dec 2018
Interview
The process was easy, I already had more than enough experience so they hired me right away. I came on a friday and started on monday. It was very easy for people to get a job here also because people were quitting left and right
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Hampton Inn by Hilton (East Peoria, IL) in June 2018
Interview
I was rudely questioned Upfront as if I had no customer service skills, the woman was highly judgemental as it seemed. The job paid a lousy 8.50 a hr. I decided based on the woman's comments the entire interview would be a waste of my time. So I chose the door. This was at the east peoria location.
