      Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Havoc (Manchester, England) in Jan 2017

      Interview

I seriously regret even applying to this job and only just realized until the second day (which I will describe after). I saw this job online, applied and got an email the next day saying to come in for an interview. I arrived at the very unprofessional looking office, my interview was delayed like about half an hour. I actually wish I was in the position of getting rejected because I was fooled into thinking that it was going to be a job I would enjoy after graduation. After finishing, I left and received an email saying they wanted to meet me on the Saturday for a long day which explained what they did at the job. Me, being the idiot I am was fooled into thinking this was an office job. However the reality sunk in when I realised I was being taken all the way to Wigan to do an observation of the daily work...outside...standing..... This is part is what made me angry the most. All you do for this observation day is sit down and answer about 10 pointless and useless questions for the whole day. Honestly, it was a waste of my time and I was sat in the cold waiting to just get on the next train home any minute. Even worse, once I finished answering the questions, I was taken to watch them hand out leaflets and promotions of a company, while I just sat there writing notes (by this time I had faked everything because I just didn't care about this job anymore after realised I had been lied to). Going back to the initial interview, I wanst even asked about my qualifications! On the website the job role is written and promoted to mainly graduates. However, I noticed that it was mostly college students that had applied. Also, shoutout to the graduate in childcare that didn't get the job interview for the second day, I wish I would have been in his position. The manager himself, well, even he didn't act very professional himself on the job. There were times when he would be sitting down doing nothing or just watching football on his phone (like he didn't care about his job?). I just want to warn anyone who is thinking of applying to this job to stay away completely, its a scam and do not be fooled by the 19k - 24k a year, this is also a big fat lie! Make the right choice!

      Question 1

Pointless questions, each one of them made me just want to go home as soon as possible.
