I had a phone interview. At the end of the interview, the recruiter let me know that the hiring manager was away at a conference and it would be a couple of days until a decision was made about next steps. A week went by and I did not receive an update. I sent an email to the recuiter, no response. I sent another follow up email 5 days later and no response
