There was no interview. A recruiter directly from the company sent me a message via Indeed looking forward to our chat. They sent the link to reserve 30 minutes to discuss my background, the available position and the company. I set my time as instructed. As the day and time came around, it was crickets. No call, no message of apology for no communication. I sent a message hoping to reschedule because maybe things happen and communication isn't available. I was ghosted. No message back.
