I applied online then completed a brief phone screening. I later had a zoom interview. There were a lot of people in the interview. It felt excessive and unnecessary as only one person spoke. The person who did speak was very dismissive. They made a number of comments which suggested that they never read my resume. They also diminished my experience. Very negative experience.

Applied for the position online. Received a call 6 weeks later asking if I was interested in coming in for an interview. Met with the program manager and one other staff person.
