I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Highland Homes in June 2024
Interview
Shortly after placing my application I was contacted by an HR/recruiter with the company. I had a pleasant conversation and was then told to wait for the next steps. Unfortunately a terrible tropical storm blew in which delayed a few things but the HR/recruiter communicated this and apologized for the wait which I was totally understanding of. About 1-2 weeks later I got an e-mail from the HR/recruiter asking me to fill out this online application for the company. The application was very long and asked a lot of personality questions and detailed questions about past schooling. This application took a good amount of time to fill out and after I did, I never heard back from anyone at the company. The recruiter/HR never sent an email back or gave a call. I wasted a ton of time waiting and filling out pointless information to be ghosted. Wondering if they are just harvesting and selling information at this point.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Highland Homes (Dallas, TX) in June 2023
Interview
The interview process was very straight-forward. I was able to talk to a few guys who were project managers across the metroplex. The questions they asked were directed towards the job itself and were helpful.
