Applied online, got an email for recruiter phone interview. Recruiter talk almost the whole phone and face to face interview. I requested not schedule interview for the following 7 days due to an urgent project, but he insisted to schedule one which won't have a good result. Why he was not listening?? The recruiter also told me some confidential things they should not tell anyone. I had bad feeling about why telling me this, I don't need to know other current/ex-coworker's status. Will he "gosip" about me too? I really don't like the follow up piece. They never give you feedback, after the phone interview with hiring managers, I emailed saying thank you and those things I missed in interview. After a couple weeks, there was no answer or feedback, another email and phone call from me, no answer again. It's very not professional that don't even say no in a simple email.
