The process was quick - they scheduled me and interviewed me in the same week I got an offer. The interviews were conversational and comfortable - it didn't feel like I was being grilled or having to prove myself - all interviewers were very familiar with my background from my resume and LinkedIn, unlike many who want a verbal account of experience.

Senior position - 3 levels of Interview, very fast process in rolling out offer. Mostly Technical and related to Fixed bid Agile SVP round was good, friendly and set the right expectations

Interview
Hitatchi likes to find really senior people ( 20+ years experience) and hire them into lower level positions. They said someone new needs to learn the Hitatchi "way". If someone has been consulting for 15 or 20 years, I can't imagine it is any different than consulting there. If you are more experienced, it is not worth the effort to interview at Hitatchi. They just need worker bees and your career will go nowhere if you are more senior when being hired.
