Sent in my application on line and was then invited to an interview a few days later. Showed up at the interview and was then asked to again complete the same application i had originally submitted. I declined to do so and was contacted again a week or so later to attend a "second" interview. This interview was with an assistant manager and a department supervisor. The interview was principally conducted by the supervisor who read questions with which she was obviously unfamiliar - she seemed very uncomfortable with the process. A brief role play was done in which I had to sell a product the the assistant manager. A number of things such a we have teams to stock shelves so you will not be required to do that turned out to be less than accurate.
