Zoom interview. Very caring and motivated. The manager that interviewed me really took the time and effort to make his decision. Very professional process. The interview provided much information to their goals and future market adjustment .

The manager interviewing me asked me about my past experience in the mortgage industry.
Quick interview process. One with manager then follow up zoom with his regional manager. They Tried to rush start date, documents had wrong dates/numbers but was told to sign and could fix later. Very unprofessional
