phone interview - about 30 min. Asked behavioural questions and some interesting ones like 'if you were a media company, which one would you be? Other basic things like what about this company interests you, etc.
Pretty chill interview tbh, 1 quick HR interview (15 or 30 minutes? I forgot), then 30 min interview with a few members of the team you're interviewing for. That one's more technical but not intense and they're very supportive if you don't know the answer off the bat.

During the HR screening: common behavioral questions like introduce yourself, example of a time you've faced a challenge, etc.

Interview
I received a video interview about three weeks after I submitted my resume, and I selected my own interview time with Microsoft teams. The company informed me about two weeks later whether I would go on to the next round of interviews.
