      I made it to the third and final stage of the interview process. Most of the questions shared on Glassdoor were asked during the interview process. First interview was a phone interview with a current Support Specialist. Second interview was in person at H.Q. with two Squad Leads. The third interview was also at H.Q. except with a manager and a Squad lead. Overall, the interviews were fairly casual and explored aspects of personality before delving into work experience. They called me the day after my final interview to let me know they were going to move forward with other candidates.

      very thorough. They do a three-step process: phone interview, 2 managers in-person interview, then a round table interview. They ask questions about your personality with a few technology questions thrown in there.
