Hunter Engineering Company Software Development Engineer interview questions

They have the most ridiculous and time wasting interview process. This place is a BIG NO for developers who want to learn and move ahead in career. They work on really old technology and with old age developers who are not even aware about the available tech stacks and solutions. The ONSITE interview started with 1 hour of logical assessment followed by 4 hours of Technical interview. It went really well, the VP of Engineering showed around the whole company and said positive things about the offer. The HR reached out and said next week there is final Personality assessment which will be of 5 HOURS AND 1 HOUR PHONE CALL with a Third Party company. This assessment was again a sheer waste of time while you are hiring a DEVELOPER. You should rather take CODING OR TECHNICAL interview then wasting time on this test. I aced the test. Waited for 3 weeks. No Reply. After 3 weeks they again called and said the position is moved under different manager so now you have to come and give the SAME interview again for 5 HOURS. I went their again, they changed the position and moved it to a different role and old technologies like C++ and old versions. This company is a big NO for DEVELOPERS.
