First impression was the pleasant sight of City Plaza Zagreb, the interview took place in one of the buildings with 5 people, 2 of which were on Skype conference. It had a typical entry with an ID review and first part was in Croatian, then after a first segment English transition took over, and this is how ultimately formal part of the interview had ended. German was an advantage as described in the job description, and the people at the company HQ, really are true to what they say and follow the rules very closely which is what I really respected and adored. Overal experience is very good, close to excellence!
