The interview was through Zoom with the Member Contact Center Manager. It was less than an hour, was informational as far as the position, benefits, and raises, focused heavily on customer service skills, and how ICCU feels about their members.

Interview
The interview process consists of 3 main parts. A Zoom call w/ a hiring manager. They ask a variety of questions that have to do with the position along w/ what type of work style is best for the individual. They then explain the position and schedule. From there they tell you if they will recommend you for hire.
