A lot of situational based questions, asked for programs used. The hiring manager seemed to indicate that the recruiter was misleading in the job description during the interview. Indicated it was like a lottery decision whether you would be placed into FSP or not, I did not like that there was a lack of transparency on what I would actually be doing as a CRA. No one followed up with me after the interview process. Sent an email to follow up and they said they were still deciding, still never heard from them. They seem very unorganized and confused, if I was presented an offer I would have declined.
