I was applying for the post of a project manager. First I got a call from the HR and later by the associate VP of the company. The questions were purely management questions.

1. First round of technical interview was over the phone.
2. Second managerial round was face to face in Bangalore office.
3. Third round was HR round and was face to face in Bangalore office just after managerial round. Offer was rolled out after 30-35 days.

It was a walk-in drive. First was the telephonic technical round. It was followed by managerial round. After short lisitng from that was the HR round. After that I was told that I was selected. Entire procedure was completed on the same day. Then there were calls from HR after few days. Offer took some more time.
