Interview
Submit CV and cover letter, then complete online numerical and verbal reasoning tests (easier than most aptitude tests I found). Video interview where questions are written down (so you can take days to prepare your answers if you wish) and then you have to video your answers. Then you get invited to the 1st round interview
Tough, asked me numerous questions about probability, statistics and also asked me numerous questions about options. questions ranged from numerical to also behavioural (stuff about risk). how i approached life
First some technical tests consisted of probability questions, then HR with easy probability and mostly behavioral questions. After that the first technical and finally in-house day with all rounds again: technical, trading, HR and some informal talk.
