Simply amazing (not). I applied online, I got an invitation to a phone interview (the first round of the recruiting process). Interview was scheduled on specific day and time. 1.5 hour before the scheduled time I got an email from the HR department asking me to postpone the interview in order to take place at a time later than that first scheduled due to a meeting in the company. Interview was rescheduled. When time passed and the interview time came nobody called me. I sent an email asking if everything is ok and if we maybe should reschedule the interview again but I got any reply back. Eventually, they called me 35 minutes later telling me that the meeting lasted more than they thought. The whole interview lasted maximun 10 minutes and it was obvious that they were in rush. They barely asked me 3-4 questions. Grow up and start behaving professional! Calling 35 minutes later and giving less than 10 minutes to a candidate to be interviewed is at least childish.

Interview
It was a fun interview process. They’re very true to what they’re looking for and tell you as it is. They really want to make sure you can handle the pressure.
Easy, quick, complex. Applied as a starting job and they were impressed. Had to answer generally about the industry given I hadn’t had a conference production job before. 3 stages I think. I stopped before second stage.

Interview
I applied on LinkedIn through a recruiter agency. I had my screening with a recruiter who clearly didn't want to be on that interview. They asked me very minimum questions and told to go an search the company and come back to them. I did and they never responded back.
