Followed up by an interview with the hiring managers which was very standard.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at IQVIA in Mar 2025
Interview
Video on demand interview, 19 questions. On few questions you should write the answer, and on the rest you upload the video. You have 3 attempts. Some general questions, about previous experience, expected sallary, way that you handle some issues, priorities etc... 3 weeks later they just marked my application status as inactive/process completed. I think an e mali will be good manner to decline someone, not just to inactivate app status.
