Was contacted a few days after submitting my resume to schedule a phone interview. Scheduler sent an email listing the four people I'd be meeting with their job titles and emails. I called in at the scheduled time, 10 minutes later one person joined and stated that the other 3 people could not join. Interviewer asked me to describe my journey thus far and I worked through my resume. Interviewer did not seem to want to be on the phone interviewing someone, asked very few questions, interview was mostly me talking about myself and asking her questions regarding the role. A month later I hadn't heard anything so I contacted the interviewer and scheduler and received a no thank you email shortly after. I did not walk away from the phone conversation with a positive impression so this was not a surprise!

None of the questions were difficult or unexpected. Interviewer asked very few questions, be prepared to walk through your resume to describe your development as an employee to get to the point of being ready for this position.

There’s 2 parts of the interview; the assessment and panel (mine was with 2 members). Both were fairly easy and not complicated. Nothing too technical. The 2 were performed days apart. The assessment is on an excel sheet while the interview was online and not more than 30min.

I attended 2 rounds first was hr where he would ask you about few questions on your background , work and also some process related questions
Next was 30 mins video interview with Assoc director where indetail questions on your cdm exp was asked.. but both hr and the interviewer kept pressing on one issue that we really liked you but the role we are interviewing needs 3 years of lead exp but you have only 2... so i was told they might push me for any other roles that matches my profile.. interview process was simple straightforward and regular questions and the interviewers were professional and easy to talk to.

The process was very easy and fast. There was only one interview. It was a panel interview with four people. The questions were geared towards the DTL role. Have lock a study? Have you been in study from beginning to end?
