I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at IQVIA
Interview
Two rounds of interview - one with recruiter for screening and the next with Hiring manager. Interview was quite straight forward and mostly on what I had in my resume.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at IQVIA (London, England) in Nov 2016
Interview
Efficient, comprehensive, diligent. The interview was informally formal, the team were excellent at making me feel at ease and really discuss my experience and aspirations, then how do these marry up with the companies ethos? The flow was really well balanced and I felt I had time the answer each question effectively. I was afforded ample opportunity to ask questions pertinent to my role and the company direction.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at IQVIA (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
The process took about three weeks: HR phone screen, panel phone interview, on site panel interview and interview with Director. An email indicated an offer would be extended. An offer was received from HR about a week later.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Discussions about previous project experiences/situations, technical questions. Questions were relevant and direct but never adversarial. Interviewers were experienced professionals and handled the process well. I could tell that these were people I could work with. They are now my colleagues.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IQVIA (Parsippany, NJ) in Mar 2015
Interview
First an HR recruiter screened me via phone. He asked typical questions such as salary requirements, and past work experience. The hiring manager asked behavioral interview questions, and about my past experience.
