It was great. It's really going to depend on the personality of the managers. They just wanted to see what I was currently achieving and what experience I had that would be helpful for this job.

Interview
The process was clean and simple: Received phone screen from project manager who referred me to field manager. Had face to face with field manager. He was a new manager who spent most of the interview talking about himself and the project.

The interview process was pretty straight forward. It began with a phone screen to see if you are a possible good fit. If you are a possible good fit, you are moved on to a face to face interview.
