ISYS Solutions (CA) interview questions

You are reached out to by the HR VP for a screening. If you get selected to move on, you will continue to go through several interviews. Know your resume. They actually look at it.

There were many remote interviews. Started off with speaking to someone in HR over the phone. Then later had a video interview with people who were trainers for the position & had worked in the position before. Then had a final interview with some of the higher ups that the position would be reporting to. It was very thorough which it let us get a chance to truly feel for if it would be a good fit for all parties. For as many interviews as it was, I appreciated how they moved quickly and efficiently. I truly would have liked to have taken the position but received another offer at the time that fit my needs better. Other than that, I would be open to entering this company at another time if the opportunity arises and is a good fit at the time.
