Interview
The 1st interview was by technical interview by peer; the interview was done by the Operations Manager and the Finance Manager to see if I have the HR technical skills and also if I am able to work closely with both the Operations & Finance Manager closely.
The 2nd interview is general interview on behaviour and culture fitness; it was with the Country Manager and Chairman who were both expats. They were probing on the details of my HR knowledge and also what would I do differently if Im hired.

The interviews consist of several steps, such as :
1. Phone screening interview (approx 1Hour)
2. Onsite technical interview (white board coding challenge)

Question 1
1. On phone screening stage, the interviewer was a senior manager of the engineer. they ask about my current work, past jobs experience, my objectives in software development. and also they give me a simple technical test during the phone interview.
2. On onsite technical interview, the interviewer was 2 person senior engineer . they ask me about technical stuff and also give me a challenge to solve some puzzle in the white board.

Interview
I had 3 interview sessions. The first time was at campus grounds, the second and third time (all in 1 day) was at their office in Senopati, Jakarta. All interviews were both relaxed and serious; I joked a bit but they still took my answers seriously all the way until the end of the interview. The interviewers seemed fun to talk with.
The first interview at campus was with a senior Quality Analyst/Test Engineer and the second one was with 2 people, 1 senior Quality Analyst (I think) and a Quality Analyst Manager. Both interviews were not too technical but it did test some logical skills and some questions regarding testing software or general appliances in general. In both interviews there is also a brainteaser question. They also dug deep into my work experience on my CV which were relevant to the position and also my behavior as a person and in working conditions. Both interviews were conducted partially in English and also in Bahasa Indonesia.
For the third interview with HR, it dug deep into my CV and also my passion. It covers more on my behavior in working environments, my motivation in working at Ice House as Quality Analyst, and what are some of the things that I know regarding the position that I am applying for. The third interview was conducted all in English.
