Interview
I was given a call a few days after applying. The first interview were geared towards my prior work experience and why I wanted to work for In-N-Out. It went pretty smooth and I was offered a second interview later on that day.
The second interview was more personal. I was interviewed by the manager about my university and hobbies. I was also asked about my availability. It went really good as well. I was told they liked what I had to say and they offered me a position.
The interview process was pretty easy, they wanna make sure you smile and that you can treat customers well. They also look for if you are well groomed and ultimately, if you are someone who can articulate yourself well.

It was pretty good, though they made me wait a bit long. I got in and they asked me about myself and past experiences. They asked about my availability and why would Iw want to work at this company.

it was cool honestly... i enjoyed the whole process of it. they usually just ask simple questions and let you share genuinely. i was dissapointed with the follow up process
