So the employer reached out with me on LinkedIn and after a couple of days I had my interview, everything went good except the unbelievable late response.
The interview itself is easy and they will ask you about the things that you mentioned in the resume.

What are the Pillars of OOP and explain one of them
I applied through university. I interviewed at Infosys (Richardson, TX) in May 2026
Interview
There were 3 Rounds in total. First was the Screening round where they asked basic Behavioral questions, discussed salary. Next was an online assessment which involved 2 coding questions and 10 MCQ's (basic CS concepts). Last round was a technical interview.

Past Projects, Data Structures, Programming skills
Thorough process. Asked about accomplishments and scenario based questions. Questions about how one would handle certain scenarios and how they can reflect to working with the company
Asked about my previous experience in leadership. Nothing to do with technical expertise
Went through a screeing process then moved on to the technical interview. Felt a little unprofessional because they were late and they did not have their camera on. Took almost 2 weeks to get a result back.
