Quick call screening then a paid working interview. It's pretty good to get a feel for the daily workflow and it's a paid day of work so that's nice. Tasks were also reflective of expected day to day.
I applied online. I interviewed at Inno Supps (Las Vegas, NV)
Interview
I found the job on LinkedIn and applied through the company website. I did a 15 minutes recruiter call and never heard back from them again. TBH, I think all the job listings are a scam. They keep being reposted again and again. If you're looking for the red flags not to apply for this company, here they are! 🚩 🚩 🚩 🚩 🚩
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Are you willing to come in and work for a day (to see how you work)?
Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry you felt left without closure.
To be clear — our job postings are absolutely not scams. We’re a real, growing company hiring for real roles. Positions may be reposted while we refine the scope or continue searching for the right fit, which is common in high-growth environments.
If you didn’t hear back after the recruiter call, it likely means we moved forward with other candidates — not that the role wasn’t real. We agree communication can always improve and take that feedback seriously.
The optional onsite working session is paid and designed to assess mutual fit — never to request free labor. We respect candidates’ time and expect the same in return.
We appreciate the feedback and wish you the best in your search.
I had a phone interview followed by an in-person interview, and the communication throughout the entire process was excellent. After receiving an offer, I had a few questions, and the company was incredibly quick responding to my emails and texts.

I was asked a variety of questions about different systems and processes common in my industry, as well as questions about my management style. During the interview, I also had the opportunity to learn more about the company and its future direction, which only increased my interest in becoming part of the team.
