I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Insight Global (Houston, TX) in June 2015
Interview
I was contacted on LinkedIn by a recruiter. She invited me to have a phone interview a few days later. She contacted me the next day for an in-person interview and had me fill out an online application. The in-person interview was initially a panel (2 people), and then one on one. They then took me into the main office to meet everyone. They let me know their the decision by the next day.

Question 1
The interview was more conversational. They asked me questions about my resume more than anything else.
I was messaged by a recruiter on linkedin and had a phone call with her, and then was set up with a first round interview with one of the sales managers for the office I applied for. In this interview I found the questions asked to be very strangely worded for it to be a sales job.
The interview process was long, it consisted of a lot of phone calls with the recruiter prepping you for the interviews. The in person interview felt very calculated and fake. Although I’m sure the managers meant well you could tell they were very judgmental. I’ve also heard awful things about this company so I think it was a blessing. Good luck though!

Began with a 15 minute warmer call with a recruiter to then schedule a 45 minute call with the recruiter, then either an in-person or online interview with hiring manager, and then last interview with manager.
