I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insperity (Washington, DC) in June 2016
Interview
First interview with the local manager was great, then the regional manager came in and it seemed like a completely different role was being hired. Between interviews, the company performed a background check and required start and end dates and company contacts going back 10 years. Unfortunately, several of my companies had gone out of business or were purchased by someone and verifying the information was time consuming.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What percentage of hunting to farming do you have experience with?
There were 3 interviews and they wanted me to provide past salary information which is a question that they are not allowed to ask now. They wanted someone less qualified that me and that did not have the higher salary expectations and past history to prove it. I later found out after all of the interview effort that there is a high turnover rate in this position. I want not happy that there were so many interviews necessary and time spent to gain an understanding of the job.

Interview
Easy, 5 steps in interview. Interviewed with Recruiter, hiring manager, regional manager, and hiring manager again. About 1 week in between interviews. There isnt much else to say but Glassdoor is forcing me to put in 50 words. Interview was no difficult. I would recommend to stay away from this company for your own sake and for your sanity.
