quick phone screening, then I met in a coffee shop! then met the broader marketing team in person, with a final hangout meeting with the CMO. It was all really relaxed, I got to understand alot about the culture which isn't the usual corporate environment i'm used to, so it was really nice that the focused alot on that - essentially in most job interviews, they know you can do the job, so making sure you are going to be successful in the working environment is key - otherwise everyone fails.
