Complete waste of everyone's time. Initial phone screen went great, followed by a relaxed interview with two engineers. Asked to complete a take home assignment. Day after they sent the take home assignment they sent an email stating they had filled the position. Why ask someone to complete a take home assignment when you have sent an offer out?
