Phone Screening Interviewer was really nice, got into a second round with two managers where apparently everything was good based on their on call feedback, couple of days later received an automated rejection email, asked for feedback and nobody replied back anymore, would be nice if they show a little more empathy with candidates specially if they decided to move on after Phone Screening.
