I was asked to attend a screening call with their HR person, and then attended two meetings with different managers, and a last meeting with the director. And then they they ghosted me. Incredibly unprofessional. One, there should not be 4 different meetings. That shows signs of a highly disorganized hiring and recruitment process. Two, ghosting me after I did 4 total interviews is incredibly unprofessional. I would never accept an offer from this company. If they can’t even get themselves together when it comes to hiring, how do you think they do in other departments?
