I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Intelex Technologies (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2016
Interview
My personal experience was that of the interview process very unprofessional. I had to reach out after our scheduled meetings that had been scheduled and accepted, asking if the call was still going to happen. They have raved about their culture, however culture starts before anyone gets an offer.

Straight forward interview process. Started with a phone interview with internal recruiter, interview with sales directors, interview with VP of sales, role play demo. The whole process took a few weeks from application to job offer.

The interview process was fairly straightforward. First there was a phone call with an internal recruiter, then an interview with a hiring manager and 1 of their team members, then another interview with 2 different managers.

Interview
I applied to this role and a few weeks later a recruiter reached out to me for some times for us to have a initial phone interview. I sent back multiple times I was available and after 3-4 days I didn't hear anything else. I followed up with the recruiter and he let me know that he was in sales training and that is why he didn't respond. He asked me for more times that I was available and I obliged again. That was a few weeks ago now and I still haven't heard back, yet again. With recruiting practices like this it's amazing anyone works here at all.
