Waste of time. Process was like trying to find the next CEO. But in retrospect there are tons of job openings here. Can easily sense this company is a mess. Stay away.

Kept asking about process. After a few times you just have to say to yourself, what process can I develop quickly to get the heck out of here?
Three interviews. Went to interview. Interviewed with Director and Operations Director. First did a one on one and then did an interview with the both of them together. Not very difficult questions. Beware, they will google your addresses, check your facebook page and instagram.
