Interpeace interview questions

The entire process (from submitting an application, taking the test and doing one interview) took about 2 months. All the staff was incredibly nice and communicative throughout the process. The test was of medium difficulty and it was formulated to evaluate peacekeeping knowledge as well as writing /reasoning skills. The interview was about an hour-long (also medium difficulty) and they asked competency-based questions as well as questions about personal and professional values.
