Spoke with hiring manager before HR even reviewed application - great conversation. Was invited for tour and asked to give a portfolio presentation to the team. Zoom interview a few weeks later with someone in leadership. Communication was pretty good, was a reasonable pace. Disappointed to not get an offer.
