There was no formal interview process. They will just hire you when they come to know you need a job and you will ready to work without getting a salary on time.

Got called for interview, and was offered position within few days after interview. Interview went great with questions related to past experience and lab knowledge. Interview was with senior experienced people in the department, they had reasonable questions related to the industry.
