I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (Columbus, OH (US)) in December 2011.

Applying for the job is a simple process done online. Any referral from a current employee or prior military service will help exponentially with landing an interview. Interviews are typically done back-to-back by 3 separate individuals: 1 from the job you're applying for, 1 from a team lead position and 1 from a senior management position. Questions are typical (how can you help the company? why do you want to work here?) and between interviews you may get repeated questions.
