Preliminary phone screening with a Managing Director, followed by an in-person interview with the same Director. He was friendly, approachable and open about what the job involved (and even though I didn't get the role, he made clear it was down to my personality not being the right fit, rather than any skills deficits).

Two of the three founders took the interview. It was more like a conversation where they wanted to know about me, my work experience, my understanding of the field, my expectations and also discussed what would it be like working at JDR and how is the culture etc
