JJ Food Service interview questions

The interview letter says competency-based questions but nothing like that was asked. First, the name of the interview in email was different from the person I met and quite informal. The Interviewer just asked a question and went on to talk about the company and other things which I went prepared to talk about and much more. More like the interview result was already decided before the appointment. First time attending such an interview.
