Typical interview process, decided it wasn’t a good fit for me post interview. Position is good for an entry into the financial services industry. Working with an existing book is much less stressful which is what the interview was for.

Interview
First is a personality profile test. Then you meet with COO and main Advisor and they ask you questions about your resume, possible business plan and answer your questions. They specifically talk about holistic wealth planning and emphasize insurance include MECs.
