    Interview

30 minute interview, pretty straightforward! They are interested to know what your future goals are and if you have any plans or goals for yourself within the company. Overall, they were looking for someone with a great customer service personality and great organizing skills.

    Interview

The interviewer asked me where I wanted to start instead of asking me a formal interview question. I told her I would walk her through my resume starting with my education, I was cut off by the interviewer several times during the interview, and she seemed rude and arrogant.

    Interview

Set up a phone interview with the Hiring Manager, she called me 15 minutes after the interview time and told me she would have to reschedule and would email me. She emailed me asking if I could do a phone interview the following day, and I told her I would be working but could interview any other day this week. She never answered me and I received an email after saying they would be moving on without me. Was extremely unprofessional. Never got the opportunity to even speak to anyone before the hiring manager shot down my chances.

    Interview Questions

    • When I would be available to do a phone interview was the only question that ended up being the reason I never got a real interview.   Answer Question

    • They didn’t give me time to ask questions. I was cut off during my second interview because they had back to back interviews. One good thing and nice thing was the Director was quick in responding to me with decisions and didn’t make me wait. She also called back right away to provide feedback which most people don’t do.   1 Answer
