Interview
Reading the other reviews now I completely agree with them. The process started off well. HR lady was friendly. First interview I got to learn a bit which was nice. When I reached the final stage which was in person, they didn’t even have me booked in. Very disorganised and a waste of my time really. I could tell during the interview they weren’t prepared, when I saw other people’s CVs whilst they’re flicking through to ask relevant questions and the feedback following was a bit ridiculous. I was promised a gift for my time which seemed nice at the time but it’s been a month and I still haven’t received anything. Don’t waste your time.

Interview
I do not recommend.
I recently interviewed for this role online and came away very disappointed. I was skeptical after seeing the poor reviews on here but because the talent acquisition partner was helpful and quick to respond I gave it go - and honestly I should have trusted my gut. The experience confirmed everything the other negative Glassdoor reviews say about Jellycat's poor environment.
The interview was poorly structured and disorganised. I was repeatedly interrupted while trying to explain my background, which made it difficult to give a full picture of my skills. Instead, assumptions were made about my interests, despite my attempts to clarify.
One interviewer was very abrupt and discourteous. When I asked questions at the end, responses felt rushed, and when I tried to ask a follow-up, the conversation was cut short. The overall tone was unprofessional.
I understand not every candidate is the right fit, but basic professionalism and respect should be standard. If you're reading this and something feels off, believe it. I didn't, and I regret ignoring the warning signs.

One star – disorganised, unprofessional, and exactly what the other reviews warn about
