I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Jet (Hoboken, NJ) in June 2017
Interview
Two 30 minute phone interviews, seven on-site interviews 15-45 minutes each which were consecutively scheduled over a single morning in a single room. Very engaging interviews covering a wide range of retail-related topics. Exceptionally organized process.

Question 1
How would you go about understanding how the customer shops the category?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Jet (Hoboken, NJ) in Oct 2016
Interview
Overall, the hiring manager for this process was phenomenal. I have never been through another interview process where they cared so much about my happiness and wanting to not only ensure that I was good fit for them, but that they were a good fit for me.
HR took a little long in communications/updates, but that is probably forgivable given how much growth and hiring Jet is currently experiencing.

How would you prove incrementality in your marketing efforts?
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Jet (Hoboken, NJ) in Oct 2016
Interview
Overall, this was a very smooth and organized process. The phone interview took place first week followed by a timed math test. From there, I went to Hoboken for in-person interviews that lasted around 1.5 hours on a Friday morning. I was offered the role the following Monday.
