they ask some very standard questions and don't really care how you answer because they will hire anyone. some of the people i worked with are fresh off the boat from iran and that's the only other people besides the desperate ones

what attracts you, what do you do when its slow, did you ever help more than one person
very simple enjoyed the process, the hiring manger made me feel comfortable. the questions were relatable, and the manager offered lunch after the questions were asked. I feel like the process could do a little bit better on asking tougher questions. but I understand that for my position there has to be a range.
