Interview
30 minute phone screen with the director, then in person interview with 3 groups (tech guys, director, peer managers). Typical "tell us about your experience" type stuff, there was a lot more "dead time" then normal, so bring lots of questions to ask to keep the conversation going. There were open ended questions as well about handling cross group communication, best practices for team management, etc..
