Interview
I just passed my assessment centre. It was roughly what people have described online. I will just share something that I think worthy baring in mind:
Report writing: List the title first and then type while read along. But leave 10 min to write recommendations, even you didn't finish reading the whole booklet. Because that's where bares the most of the mark. Be fast and structured.
In tray: Don't click start before they ask you to. Its very important, because you suppose to read the booklet before start doing the exercise for 15 min. But once you click on start, there is no way to go back.
Meeting: For the client meeting, you can use agenda to help you gaining control of the meeting. For the manager meeting, the manager will take control, but be prepared with the questions she/he will as you. Especially the ones surrounding customer services.

Appel RH puis entretien avec un senior d'environ une heure puis entretien avec un manager de deux heures (une heure d'entretien et une heure de tests technique), enfin, avec un Partner.
During an on-site interview at their headquarters in Bab Ezzouar, the atmosphere was relatively relaxed as the conversation revolved around casual questions about my previous experience and my expectations for the role. The interviewers seemed interested in understanding my background and how I might fit into their team, and I left the session feeling cautiously optimistic about the opportunity. However, after an unexpectedly long delay—nearly a full year later—they reached out to me again, requesting that I redo the interview process from scratch. By that point, the prolonged silence had already soured my impression of their hiring process, and I had moved on to other prospects. Politely but firmly, I declined their request, unwilling to invest more time in a company that had taken so long to follow up without any explanation for the delay.

When I had my on-site interview at their Bab Ezzouar HQ, one question that stood out was when they asked me, 'What’s the one thing you’ve done in your career that you’re most proud of?' It was a casual moment in the conversation, but it made me pause and reflect on my experiences. I told them about a project where I streamlined a chaotic workflow for my team, saving time and boosting morale—something I still look back on with pride. Funny thing is, they didn’t seem to dig deeper into it, and then they took a whole year to get back to me asking for a redo. By then, I wasn’t interested anymore.
